Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following capabilities:
- A good level of experience in a variety of back-office systems to maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance systems that support day-to-day operations.
- Familiarity with application product delivery and support for back-office systems.
- Strong working knowledge of the management, support, and configuration of Enterprise Applications.
- The ability to analyze and resolve problems independently and perform some development tasks with minimal guidance.
- Basic understanding of different relational database management systems (e.g., MS SQL Server, Oracle) and hands-on experience with back-end queries (e.g., PL/SQL or SQL Developer).
- Understanding the concepts of implementing and supporting SaaS solutions and collaborating with external suppliers for integration with internal systems (e.g., SSO).
- Experience in a similar application support role, familiar with ITIL, possessing a working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and familiarity with IT infrastructure, including server and database management.
- A good understanding of business processes and how software solutions facilitate those processes.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Provide application techno-functional support for a range of enterprise-level back-office systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborating closely with team members and vendor support to ensure high system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and support of the systems in scope.
- Provide end-user training to business stakeholders (including business users and SMEs) to educate them on best practices, functionalities, and capabilities of the applications.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to meet specific reporting requirements.
