Must:
We are looking for an AI Cyber Security Specialist with:
- A strong cyber security background with experience embedded in engineering or platform teams.
- Hands-on expertise in securing GenAI or AI Agent systems within complex enterprise environments.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, AKS, VNet security, and cloud hardening.
- Familiarity with GenAI technologies, including OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain/LangGraph, vector databases, retrieval pipelines, and agent orchestration.
- A solid understanding of AI-specific security threats, such as prompt injection, agent tool misuse, model inversion, jailbreaks, and content manipulation.
- Experience navigating enterprise cyber governance, risk frameworks, and assurance cycles.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly explaining risks and gaining alignment among senior stakeholders.
- Industry certifications are a plus: CISSP, CCSP, GIAC, OSCP, or specialized AI/ML security credentials.
Responsibilities
As our AI Cyber Security Specialist, I will ensure:
- Secure architecture and design for GenAI and agentic systems by defining secure-by-design patterns for AI Agent architectures.
- Threat modeling specific to AI Agents, addressing prompt injection, tool misuse, hallucination-driven automation risks, and more.
- Compliance with Group Cyber Security, Responsible AI guidelines, and security design reviews.
- Security assurance through adversarial testing, LLM jailbreak testing, and validating model access controls.
- Operational security and monitoring in collaboration with Cloud, SOC, Engineering, and Product teams to define agent actions and unexpected behaviors.
- Cross-team alignment and governance by acting as a security bridge between the AI Factory and Group Cyber Security.
- Training engineering and product teams on secure agent engineering and AI-specific security threats.
- Continuous improvement by staying updated on emerging threats and enhancing security assurance processes.
Description
This role places you at the center of our clients next generation of AI capabilities, shaping how secure, responsible, and compliant GenAI and agentic systems are built across multiple airlines. You will have a direct impact on the safe deployment of AI Agents that will operate at scale across the Group, influencing policy, architecture, and standards within both the AI Factory and Group Cyber Security. This is a temporary, ongoing position located in West London, with a hybrid working environment, and offers a competitive daily pay rate under an inside IR35 contract.
