- An understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy
Responsibilities
I am offering you a key role as part of our technical infrastructure services team. You will work collaboratively to drive our business forward, achieving day-to-day service desk KPIs. You will have a hands-on approach to incident and request resolution and be proactive in finding solutions. Your support will be crucial in assisting our current team with IT issues in a Windows 11/Office 365 environment.
