Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an SAP user, particularly in a warehouse or logistics setting
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power BI, and SAP WMS
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize SAP systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex system issues
- Experience liaising with customers to understand their requirements and resolve system-related challenges
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Test and validate SAP solutions developed by IT to meet business and customer requirements
- Address complex issues in the SAP system to ensure smooth warehouse operations
- Regularly meet with customers to understand their needs and support their requirements in SAP
- Oversee inventory-related activities like cycle counting, stock control, and reconciliation
- Analyze system data to identify improvements and implement actions to enhance efficiency
- Support the implementation of new customers into the warehouse system by ensuring proper SAP integration
- Collaborate with SAP teams from other locations to align processes and share best practices
- Design and deliver SAP training to warehouse teams for effective system use
- Suggest and implement improvements to SAP processes for optimized operations and customer satisfaction
Description
We are seeking a dedicated SAP Warehouse User to help ensure our SAP system meets the operational needs of our warehouse. In this role, you will serve as the key contact between IT and warehouse operators, supporting inventory management, stock handling, imports, and exports. This full-time position requires on-site presence in Birmingham, and it does not offer hybrid working options.
