Requirements
Must:
- Experience in eDiscovery processes and procedures
- Strong understanding of electronically stored information (ESI)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Purview eDiscovery
- Ability to develop training materials and conduct training sessions
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
- Familiarity with SharePoint for creating eDiscovery hubs
- Experience in producing standard operating procedures and workflows
Responsibilities
- Support the ongoing eDiscovery project for effective processes
- Produce the Group eDiscovery standard
- Produce and support workflows, processes, and guidance documents
- Develop and implement a procedure for tracking eDiscovery-related search activity
- Create training materials and deliver training sessions
- Provide eDiscovery training including tooling/Microsoft Purview training
- Deliver business-wide communication and engagement sessions
- Develop and establish an eDiscovery SharePoint site/hub
Description
We are Harvey Nash, inviting candidates for the E-discovery Specialist position on a 6-month contract inside of IR35. This role is hybrid with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office and offers a competitive daily rate of £550 - £600. Join our team to support the creation of effective and enduring eDiscovery processes for our clients.
