- Must be eligible for BPSS Clearance
Responsibilities
- Support the development and evolution of a large-scale Azure-hosted platform
- Provide technical leadership to a team of 7 developers
- Balance feature delivery with gradual architectural improvement
- Remain hands-on with development (roughly 60/40 technical leadership vs coding)
- Work with legacy MVC components alongside modern cloud technologies
- Guide technical decisions and establish engineering standards
Description
We are a leading public sector client, seeking an experienced Technical Lead who will play a crucial role in the development and evolution of our Azure-hosted platform. This position offers a contract duration of 12 months with a competitive day rate of up to £475. The role is mostly remote, requiring occasional office visits. You will lead a talented team while working on a business-critical application, focusing on both immediate feature delivery and long-term architectural improvements.
