Must:
- 3+ years in a senior support role (MSP preferred)
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
- M365/Azure security (Conditional Access, MFA)
- Exchange (on-premise and online)
- Azure administration
- Windows OS and Server (2008 R2–2022)
- Server builds, migrations, and troubleshooting
- Hyper-V configuration and support
- Firewall/router configuration (Fortinet, Draytek, Sophos ideal)
- VPN, RDS, AVD support
- Microsoft Office support
- Active Directory & Group Policy
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and delivering training
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support via phone, email, and on-site.
- Resolve escalated and major incident tickets within SLA.
- Lead on investigations into security breaches, outages, and recurring issues.
- Mentor and train junior engineers; support their development.
- Create technical documentation, update PSA tickets (Autotask), and maintain accurate records.
- Run knowledge-sharing sessions, post-incident reviews, and training workshops.
- Work collaboratively with the service desk when required.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
Description
