Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience supporting enterprise solutions on Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Experience in 3rd Line Incident management following ITIL fundamentals
- Expertise in On Premise Traditional Windows Infrastructure, including AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
- Experience working within project teams
- Comfortable interacting with end users via face-to-face or remote tools
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert in On Premise and Cloud Infrastructure
- Support clients Business as Usual requirements
- Assist in project activities, including Data Centre Migration
- Manage and resolve incidents related to Windows environment and cloud platforms
- Collaborate with project teams to enhance infrastructure solutions
Description
We are Harvey Nash, inviting candidates to apply for the role of Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer. This is a 12-month remote contract with some office visits in Edinburgh.
