- Support the Microsoft security stack (Defender, Sentinel, Purview).
- Diagnose and resolve proxy and web access issues.
- Perform system upgrades and health monitoring.
- Manage ticket queues and team mailbox for security engineering.
- Create and document processes, procedures, and runbooks.
