We are seeking a Salesforce Senior Developer/Solution Architect with the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and API integration
- Experience in designing scalable architecture and optimizing application performance
- A strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, permissions, and platform limitations
- Familiarity with CI/CD tooling - specifically GitHub and Jenkins
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions, focusing on Service Cloud
- Lead technical delivery and drive best practices across Apex, Flows, LWC, and integrations
- Collaborate with admins, product managers, and business analysts to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Support the CI/CD process and maintain development standards
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members
- Ensure smooth integration and data flows with third-party platforms (e.g., Zuora, Adobe, external APIs)

Description
Were looking for a hands-on, technically strong individual who is confident in collaborating closely with product, business, and development teams. Your expertise will help us shape solutions that are not only well-built but also future-proof and efficient. While experience with Zuora or other subscription billing platforms is a plus, its not a requirement. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Dev I/II, App Builder, Architect certs) and experience working in Agile delivery teams will also be advantageous.
