Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a SAP Trainer, specifically with SAP IBP or other supply chain training
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and functions
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to tailor training content for different user groups
- Experience in developing user-friendly training materials and guides
- Familiarity with change management initiatives in a training context
- Capability to design and deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions
- Previous experience with S4 HANA is a plus
Responsibilities
- Work with the Supply Chain Planning Function to deliver a training programme for SAP IBP and S4 HANA
- Support the successful adoption of SAP IBP across planning functions
- Schedule, design, and deliver training for SAP IBP Modules such as Sales & Operational Planning, Response and Supply, and Control Tower
- Create user-friendly training guides and content for in-person and virtual sessions
- Ensure training materials are relevant and accessible to meet end-user needs
- Collaborate with business and functional teams to assess and understand training requirements
- Promote user adoption and confidence in SAP IBP through change management initiatives
- Embed training with assessments and facilitate feedback forums to enhance user engagement
- Maintain and update a repository of training materials as processes evolve
