Requirements
Must:
- Commercial experience with AI/ML technology including OCR, Object Detection, and LLM analysis implementation.
- Experience with Machine Learning & AI Libraries such as:
- Transformers/Hugging Face for working with pre-trained LLMs, fine-tuning, and inference.
- PyTorch for deep learning model development and training.
- OpenCV for computer vision tasks and image preprocessing in object detection.
- PIL/Pillow for image manipulation and format conversion.
- YOLO object detection frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python 3.9+ and understanding of object-oriented programming, decorators, context managers, and async/await patterns.
- Strong skills in data structures and algorithms for efficient data processing and model optimization.
- Knowledge of error handling and debugging techniques such as try-catch blocks, logging, and debugging tools.
- Experience with data processing libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
- Familiarity with SQLAlchemy or psycopg2 for database connectivity and ORM operations.
- Knowledge in AWS services including Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, and CDK.
- Experience with API development using FastAPI and authentication/authorization methods (JWT, OAuth).
- Capable of collaborating effectively with other engineers to build quality AI/ML software.
- Familiar with Agile delivery models, particularly Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
- Familiarity with development practices like TDD and pair programming.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the problem space and develop solutions to automate high-volume, low-complexity casework.
- Apply OCR and large language models to assess automation risk on deed documents.
- Automate wet signature verification using document analysis and object detection techniques.
- Collaborate closely with operational and customer-facing teams to ensure effective solutions integrate with existing digital platforms.
- Develop and implement AI/ML solutions, utilizing service-based and serverless architecture.
- Communicate AI/ML concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain high standards of software quality and performance through code reviews and collaboration.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
