We are seeking candidates who possess a strong understanding of policy governance and document lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have experience in risk identification and escalation processes, along with excellent organizational and reporting skills. It is essential to demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively across teams and effectively manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with financial services or regulatory environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
As a Policy & Documentation Governance Analyst, I will lead the review and simplification of Markets-owned policy documents. I will support risk assessment and content validation of non-hierarchy documentation. I will oversee the Markets Document Repository, ensuring accuracy and compliance while identifying and escalating potential risks for further review. Additionally, I will maintain control reports to ensure secure document retention and assist with the centralized authoring of inventory documents as needed. I will execute updates to the Markets Policy Playbook, detailing operational processes, and develop and maintain the Markets Training Governance Playbook.

This position is located at our leading investment bank based in Belfast, operating inside IR35 with an expectation of three days a week on-site.
