Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Oracle HCM SaaS. You should have experience managing the delivery activities for Oracle HCM Integrations and familiarity with the E-business suite. A solid understanding of Core HR, Payroll, and Time & Labour modules is essential. Additionally, expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher will be crucial. Holding a Prince2 certification and having experience with Waterfall methodologies is preferred. Proficiency in MSP, Azure DevOps, PowerBI, and O365 is also important.
Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will manage the design and build documentation for HCM integrations. You will support reporting, risk reviews, and delivery assurance, while also tracking integration progress against programme milestones. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers will be a key part of your role as you coordinate integration build, testing, deployment, and transition activities for the Oracle HCM implementation.
