Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labour. You should also have experience in moving from eBusiness Suite to Oracle Cloud, as well as full lifecycle experience of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations from design, build, testing, through to deployment. A background in data migration from both EBS and other systems to HCM Cloud from a functional perspective is essential. Additionally, experience working on projects, preferably with larger companies such as those in the FTSE 100, is required. Familiarity with infrastructure and multi-platform environments, especially within the energy or utility sector, is also important. Strong stakeholder management skills are necessary.
Responsibilities
As the Oracle HCM Functional Lead, you will oversee the implementation and optimization of the Oracle HCM Cloud. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met, facilitating communication across teams, and addressing any challenges that arise during the implementation process. You will also be responsible for managing data migration activities and ensuring that the transition from eBusiness Suite to Oracle Cloud is smooth and effective.
Description
