Description

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Data Migration Lead to oversee the data migration workstream for a major transformation project, which involves migrating HR and Payroll functions from our on-premise Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) application to Oracle HCM Cloud. The successful candidate will work across business and IT functions, leading a small team of data analysts to ensure all the data required for the new solution, including non-EBS sources, is accurately identified and provisioned, and successfully migrated into the HCM Cloud platform. You will interface with a System Integrator who has overall responsibility for the migration and is performing the Oracle to Oracle ETL. This is a hybrid role based in Havant, Thatcham, or Reading, offered as a 6-month contract.
