Requirements

Must:
- Strong knowledge of Windows desktop/server environments - Good understanding of LAN/WAN technologies and SAN basics - Experience with Active Directory, GPOs, Exchange, O365, RDS/Citrix - Familiarity with backup solutions, DNS/DHCP, and PowerShell - 2–3 years of IT support experience (2nd line level desirable) - A-Level education or equivalent - Desirable certifications: MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA

Responsibilities

- Monitor services through our RMM platform and escalate alerts appropriately - Support tuning and optimization of monitoring and alerting - Assist with managing backups, resolving failures, and completing restores - Help maintain patching schedules for servers and end-user devices - Support firmware/software updates and infrastructure maintenance - Monitor storage solutions and contribute to monthly reporting - Update documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles - Assist with network security, certificates, and firewall changes - Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients
