Must:
We are looking for a candidate with senior leadership experience in government, public sector, or financial services. You should have a strong track record in managing enterprise-scale live services and possess the ability to coach and support senior teams through complex delivery challenges. Additionally, you must have the gravitas to operate at board and ministerial level, while remaining grounded and collaborative. Please note that this role is inside IR35 and requires a Basic Disclosure Scotland certificate.
Responsibilities
In this critical leadership role, you will provide strategic oversight and operational resilience across a large-scale digital and delivery environment. You will guide senior teams through a period of intense activity, which includes winter readiness, programme wind-down, and the implementation of a new operating model that will bring together over 800 professionals.
