Responsibilities
As an IT Support Specialist, you will act as the first point of contact for day-to-day IT support, which includes handling password resets, account access, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. You will manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring account setup and hardware provisioning are seamless. Additionally, you will administer corporate software tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and password managers. Your role will also involve procuring and maintaining laptops, accessories, and other tech equipment, as well as supporting the office tech infrastructure, which includes Wi-Fi, LAN, AV setups, and ISP coordination.
