Must:

- Proficiency in one or more: Wintel, Unix, Networking, Security
- Strong customer focus and analytical skills
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation
- ITIL v3 or PRINCE2 certification (desirable)
- Experience supporting diverse platforms and contributing to strategy (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical solutions in a large-scale infrastructure environment
- Resolve incidents and provide technical support
- Support projects within the infrastructure team
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives
- Maintain strong communication with team members and stakeholders
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Description
We are a dedicated team located in West Lothian, focused on providing exceptional IT infrastructure support. We offer a competitive rate of £150 per day and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and hands-on role five days a week. We foster a proactive approach to problem-solving and value strong technical skills across various platforms.
