Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst with a strong background in providing IT support to end users across an organization. You should have experience with the installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting of PC hardware, software, peripherals, and Microsoft operating systems, including Microsoft 365 applications.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide 1st and 2nd line support to our end users, assist with O365 applications, and maintain IT assets. You will identify and respond to customer requests and aid in the delivery of IT upgrades, which includes hardware and software rollouts. Additionally, you will log incidents and requests using our helpdesk software.
Description
