Requirements
Must:
- Experience working as a Project Manager in an Insurance or Re-Insurance business
- London Market Insurance experience is preferred
- Proficient in speaking and reading/writing German
- Strong understanding of M365 technologies including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
- Excellent Project Management experience in global Financial Services organizations
- Experience in consolidating and/or moving M365 Tenants
- Understanding of impacts to user accounts and applications during tenant migrations
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage M365 consolidation projects within the insurance/reinsurance industry
- Oversee the integration of Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Communicate project updates and manage expectations of key stakeholders
- Analyze and mitigate risks related to tenant migrations
- Document project progress, challenges, and resolutions
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Train and support team members and users on M365 tools and processes
Description
We are a global insurance business seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team on an initial 9-month contract in London. This role offers an opportunity to work within the dynamic financial services sector, specifically focusing on M365 consolidation projects. We provide a competitive daily rate of £800 - £840 via an Umbrella Company and offer a collaborative work environment that empowers our team members.
