Must:
We are looking for individuals with expertise in Google Analytics (Ecommerce), Tableau/Power BI, SQL, and Excel. Strong analytical skills paired with a commercial and strategic mindset are essential. You should have experience in either eCommerce performance tracking or marketing/customer analytics.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will analyze eCommerce trends, customer interactions, and sales performance. You will develop a Single Customer View (SCV) to drive deep customer insights and build propensity models for churn, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities. It is also your responsibility to maintain data integrity and governance to ensure accurate reporting. Collaboration with key stakeholders will be crucial as you work to turn insights into tangible business impact.
