Requirements
Must:
- Strong SAP Finance experience, ideally within FMCG.
- Knowledge of ITIL Service Management principles and Finance business processes.
- Experience with S/4HANA and Fiori is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert SAP Finance application support, ensuring incidents are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and implementing long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with internal developers and external consultants to deliver technical solutions.
- Support end users with training and guidance to maximise system adoption.
- Stay ahead of the curve through training, industry events, and knowledge sharing.
