Requirements
Must:
- We require experience working as a Business Analyst across the full project lifecycle, from initiation to close.
- We require very strong experience within legal functions, with a focus on contract management.
- We require knowledge of ISDA agreements.
- We require direct experience within banking.
- We require very strong stakeholder management skills.
- We require excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Trade and transaction contracts experience would be highly beneficial.
- Previous experience delivering projects within legal and contract management is essential.

Description
We are a global bank offering a 12-month contract opportunity for a Business Analyst in London, supporting our Legal and Contract Management functions. This role is focused on trade and transaction contracts, including ISDA-related work, as we respond to regulatory changes. The position offers a rate of £720–£770 per day via umbrella, and provides the opportunity to work closely with our Legal team on high-impact banking projects.
