Requirements
Must:
- Agile experience
- Deep understanding of different Agile concepts and techniques
- Experience and evidence of embedding Agile practices in various teams, not just product teams
- Ability to use the most relevant practices
- Knowledge and understanding of Agile product (software) development
- Ability to drive continuous improvement even in high-performing teams
- Understanding of good digital and data service delivery design
- Experience of working with teams building digital, data and AI products and services
- Experience in different industries (public-sector experience is desirable but not essential)
- Experience, understanding, and appetite for working with data and AI-led initiatives
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, sharing knowledge and decision-making
- Being framework agnostic, using the right practices for the context
- Willingness and confidence to suggest improvements to our processes
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of Data and AI Products, working with Data Science and Data Engineering
- Provide coaching and delivery support, collaborating with the Senior Product Manager for Data & AI Products
- Establish and coach teams to improve Agile ways of working across Data & Analytics
- Collaborate with Data & Analytics leadership to drive change on key strategic initiatives, ensuring challenges are defined, scoped, prioritized, and actioned
- Plan and facilitate support across Data & Analytics
- Guide teams in Data & Analytics through a period of growth and change, aiding collaboration as their Data & AI Strategy is defined and implemented
- Work with the Data Science team to develop and embed Agile practices as they grow, including designing a new Jira board and establishing team workings and meeting cadences
- Assist teams across Data & Analytics in delivering multiple products and services to ensure value is realized according to roadmaps
- Collaborate with leads on the Data & AI Champions Network to grow capability, adoption, and usage of AI (primarily Copilot) across the organization
