Requirements
Must:
- Solid, progressive experience in IT operations or service delivery in a similar scale, 50-300 user organization.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft packages used in IT.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, patch management, and system monitoring.
- Practical knowledge of ITIL principles.
- Ability to work in a friendly, non-competitive, collaborative environment.
- Methodical, calm, and able to make decisions.
- Capacity to work independently and take ownership.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of operational performance.
- Provide assurance on service compliance, health, and technical risks.
- Champion best practices across service delivery, patch management, and system resilience.
- Act with some autonomy, taking ownership of IT operations.
- Manage system and infrastructure tasks such as Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Administer Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
- Oversee Hyper-V virtual servers and Veeam Backup and Replication.
- Handle SQL database administration and Crystal reports.
- Manage networking components including TCP/IP, DNS, routers, firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
- Support mobile devices including tablets, phones, and scanners.
- Own service delivery KPIs and drive process improvement through ITIL-aligned practices.
- Produce weekly operational reports.
