Requirements
Must:
- Solid, progressive experience in IT operations or service delivery in a similar scale, 50-300 user organization.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft packages used in IT.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, patch management and system monitoring.
- Practical knowledge of ITIL principles.
- Methodical, calm, and able to make decisions independently.
- Able to work in a friendly, non-competitive, collaborative environment.
- Decent, ethical person who works well in a team.
Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of operational performance.
- Providing assurance on service compliance, health, and technical risks.
- Championing best practice across service delivery, patch management, and system resilience.
- Acting with some autonomy, taking ownership of IT operations.
- Managing systems and infrastructure including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 Administration.
- Overseeing Hyper-V virtual servers and Veeam Backup and Replication.
- Administering SQL databases and generating Crystal reports.
- Managing networking components including TCP/IP, DNS, routers, firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
- Supporting mobile devices including tablets, phones, and scanners.
- Owning service delivery KPIs and driving process improvement through ITIL aligned practices.
- Producing weekly operational reports.
