Requirements

Must:
We are looking for candidates who have: - A degree or equivalent professional qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or Business Administration. - An Oracle Cloud certification (e.g., Oracle Financials Cloud, Oracle HCM, Oracle Integration Cloud) or a willingness to obtain one within 12 months. - A minimum of three years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle Cloud applications (e.g., ERP, HCM, PBCS) in an in-house or consultancy setting. - Proven experience in configuring Oracle modules, including workflows, role-based access, value sets, flexfields, and approval rules. - Experience in supporting or coordinating testing cycles (e.g., UAT, regression, patch release validation). - Demonstrated experience managing technical queries, resolving tickets, and escalating issues with vendors. - Experience working with system interfaces, including file-based data imports/exports, APIs, or SFTP. - Previous involvement in patch testing, sandbox refreshes, or release deployment in Oracle Cloud.

Responsibilities

In this key role, you will lead the following main areas of responsibility: - Oracle System Configuration & Management: Perform end-to-end configuration of Oracle Cloud modules (ERP, HCM, PBCS, FDI), including workflows, approval hierarchies, roles, flex fields, and user-defined reports. Translate business needs into practical Oracle configuration changes and ensure alignment with global system design and business processes. Maintain a central configuration log and version history, ensuring full traceability of system changes. - Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Act as a 2nd/3rd line technical escalation point for complex system issues raised by users or support colleagues. Analyze root causes using tools like SQL Developer, OTBI, diagnostic logs, and interface monitoring dashboards. Resolve service interruptions or data issues swiftly, ensuring minimal business impact. Review technical solutions proposed by suppliers and articulate the business impact related to solutions. - Patch & Release Management: Coordinate and test Oracle quarterly patches, ensuring business continuity and zero-defect delivery. Maintain a release calendar and communicate clearly with stakeholders about patch content, potential disruptions, and mitigations. Document release test scripts and outcomes, and ensure rollback plans are always in place.
