Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 5 years experience as an SAP Project Manager delivering full lifecycle implementations.
- Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and Public Cloud delivery models.
- Experience managing complex, multi-workstream SAP programmes.
- Solid understanding of core SAP functional domains (e.g. Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing).
- Strong stakeholder management experience, including engagement with senior business and IT leaders.
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, delivery-focused consulting environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects.
- Take full ownership of project governance, planning, resourcing, budgeting, and risk management.
- Manage multi-stream SAP programmes across Finance, Supply Chain, and other core business functions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders and internal delivery leadership.
- Drive programme structure, delivery methodology, and reporting standards.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to agreed quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including functional consultants, technical consultants, and integration specialists.
- Oversee UAT, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare phases.
- Proactively manage delivery risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Contribute to the development of internal delivery frameworks, templates, and best practices.
- Support the build-out and maturation of a UK-based SAP delivery capability.
Description
We are supporting a fast-growing international consulting organisation that is significantly expanding its SAP practice. Due to a strong pipeline of new SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects and increasing client demand, we are looking to hire an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end Public Cloud implementations. This senior delivery role involves driving complex SAP programmes from initiation through to go-live and hyper care, and plays a key part in establishing a UK-based SAP Centre of Excellence. We offer a base salary of £100,000+ with an annual bonus of approximately 20%, and provide strong long-term career progression within a rapidly scaling consulting organisation, as well as exposure to an expanding portfolio of Public Cloud transformation projects.
