Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in analytics, insight, or business intelligence roles, ideally within a wholesale, retail, or distribution environment. You should possess high proficiency in SQL and Excel for data extraction and manipulation, and have experience using Power BI or Tableau for dashboards and visualisation. Familiarity with Python (pandas, numpy) for advanced analytics and automation is also beneficial. We expect you to have a commercially focused mindset with the ability to connect data to business impact, and to be a confident communicator capable of explaining complex insights to non-technical audiences. Experience working with large datasets and ERP or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics) is advantageous. Finally, being curious, collaborative, and proactive will help you thrive while managing multiple projects in our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will act as a trusted data partner, supporting cross-functional teams with insights that drive business performance. You’ll analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and efficiencies across logistics, inventory, marketing, and sales. Your findings will be translated into actionable insights through compelling data storytelling and visualisation. You will also support financial planning and performance reporting with data-led analysis on revenue, margin, and cost trends. Delivering pricing, profitability, and cost-to-serve analytics will inform our strategic decision-making. We expect you to partner with senior leaders to shape the roadmap for data adoption and continuous improvement, and to champion data-driven thinking by helping colleagues interpret and utilize data effectively. Additionally, you will work hands-on with tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Python to enhance and automate analytical workflows.
