Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with 3–5+ years of experience in data modelling, preferably within consulting or financial services. You should have strong experience with tools such as ERWin, Sparx, RSA, or Visio, as well as a solid understanding of SQL and data warehousing. Hands-on experience with metadata and data governance frameworks is essential, along with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working with semi-structured data (JSON, XML, Parquet) and broader experience in data architecture or engineering, especially in the energy or financial services industries, would be a nice addition.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will design and deliver relational (3NF) and dimensional (star/snowflake) data models. You will define modelling frameworks and best practices across client engagements and work closely with architecture teams to ensure alignment with data strategies. You will also support metadata management, governance, and documentation processes while engaging with senior business stakeholders to translate their requirements into effective models. Additionally, for Principal-level candidates, you will lead client relationships, manage delivery teams, and drive thought leadership.
