Must:
We are looking for someone with a background in Analytics Engineering, specifically in data modelling. We highly value experience from smaller-scale, high-growth environments. You should have a proven ability to manage complex models with significant data transformations and be skilled in dbt, SQL, and ideally Snowflake. Exposure to programming, particularly Python, is a plus.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will own the dbt setup, implementing best practices, optimizing queries, and ensuring the creation of robust, scalable models. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on data modelling requirements and ensure consistency across the organization. Additionally, you will mentor and upskill team members, promoting the value of dbt and fostering a culture of data excellence within our company. You will provide expert guidance to improve data workflows, driving efficiency and scalability across all data processes.
