Requirements
Must:
- I have strong experience in product analytics and experimentation, utilizing data to drive product enhancements and innovations.
- I am proficient in designing and managing A/B tests and other experimental designs, with a deep understanding of hypothesis testing and causal inference to inform business decisions.
- I possess fundamental data science skills and tools, including Python, SQL, regression, survival analysis, segmentation, and I am capable of applying machine learning techniques to solve complex problems.
- I have a proven ability to build and manage end-to-end data pipelines, working closely with Data Engineering and other stakeholders to develop instrumentation and define dimensional models that support business processes.
- I am capable of creating actionable KPIs and production-quality dashboards, along with conducting deep dives into data that lead to strategic insights and scalable data products.
Responsibilities
In my role as a Product Data Scientist, I will focus on Product Analytics within the wider Data Science team. I will apply my expertise in designing, analyzing, and interpreting experiments to drive product development and enhance user experiences. My day-to-day work will involve collaboration with Product teams to develop hypotheses based on in-depth analysis, set up effective tests, and guide the implementation of findings to maximize their impact on our business strategies, with a strong emphasis on member retention, acquisition, and overall satisfaction.
Description
The salary for this position is up to £65,000, with a 10% bonus and a car allowance. The role is mostly remote, with flexibility to go into the office once a month. Please note that this role does not offer sponsorship.
