Must:
We are looking for a candidate with over 7 years of experience in data modeling and architecture, ideally within financial services or consulting. You should have a strong background in business development and a track record of driving revenue growth. Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills are essential. We expect deep expertise in data modeling tools such as ERWin, Sparx, and RSA, as well as modern data architectures. Experience in designing frameworks that support analytics, AI, and data science is also important.
Responsibilities
As a Principal Data Modeler, you will lead the design and rollout of enterprise-wide data models and standards. You will define data frameworks, governance, and metadata strategies for large-scale transformations. Working closely with clients, youll identify opportunities for data modernization and architecture improvement. Additionally, you will oversee multiple workstreams, mentor senior consultants and modelers, and contribute to business development through proposals, client presentations, and thought leadership.

We are partnering with a leading UK management consultancy known for its strong reputation in data and architecture across global financial institutions. With a data practice comprising over 300 specialists, this role offers a real opportunity for you to lead, influence, and make a significant commercial impact on major client programs. The position is based in Shoreditch, with a requirement to be onsite 3 days per week. The salary for this role ranges from £90,000 to £120,000, along with benefits.
