Requirements
Must:
- Strong SQL skills, particularly in querying large datasets, complex joins, and optimization.
- Experience in customer segmentation, LTV modeling, or RFM analysis.
- Understanding of predictive models related to churn, propensity, and scoring.
- Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for dashboard creation.
- Leadership or mentorship experience within a team.
- Confidence in communicating with C-suite executives, demonstrating energy and presence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the customer insight function and manage a team of four Insight Analysts.
- Take full ownership of LTV modeling and RFM analysis across our business.
- Develop customer segmentation frameworks for both acquisition and retention programs.
- Utilize social listening tools and voice of customer data.
- Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with our Data Science team on predictive models, including churn, propensity, and scoring.
- Present key insights to the CMO, CRM Director, and Finance teams.
- Set direction for your team, developing talent and showcasing what exceptional performance looks like.
Description
We are the UKs largest online healthcare platform, delivering prescriptions directly to patients homes. Our company is organized into four core divisions: NHS prescription delivery, private online consultations, pet healthcare, and direct-to-consumer health products. Backed by private equity, we are forecasting 20% growth and aim to scale to a turnover of over £1bn. Our key projects include the migration from Azure to Microsoft Fabric starting in January, transitioning from Tableau to Power BI for our dashboards, and rolling out the LTV model across the organization. We are also integrating RFM into CRM workflows and measuring the Smart Reminders campaign for prescription refills. We offer a competitive salary between £60,000 and £70,000 with an additional 10% bonus, hybrid work in Leeds (2 days/week near M1), and the exciting opportunity to build an insight function from the ground up. Successful initiatives will lead to significant growth within the team, providing high visibility with senior leadership while making a meaningful impact on patient access to healthcare. The interview process involves an hour meeting with the Head of Customer Insight to discuss motivations and fit, followed by a technical task where youll analyze a dataset and create insights in Power BI. Lastly, there will be a final interview with senior leadership. The entire process typically takes 2-3 weeks.
