Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on expertise in HubSpot, including complex configuration, automation, and optimisation
- A background that blends marketing exposure with technical GTM/CRM ownership
- Experience using low-code automation tools and knowing when to partner with engineering for more advanced work
- Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS customer lifecycle and how technical architecture influences the wider funnel
- Experience in environments where you’ve built or rebuilt GTM tooling and processes multiple times
- Comfortable getting the absolute maximum value from a tech stack, including AI-assisted workflows and interaction with internal applications
- Interest in crypto or blockchain is a strong plus
- Able to work in a fast-scaling business
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical bridge between the operational and commercial teams
- Own technical and process readiness across the GTM stack with HubSpot at its core
- Take ownership of key initiatives, including improving lead flows and supporting new sales process launches
- Drive better integration between HubSpot and the rest of our tooling
- Collaborate with RevOps, engineering, and commercial stakeholders to build a scalable, efficient GTM engine
- Increase technical scope, scale, and architectural influence without people management responsibilities
Description
We are a leading B2B blockchain analytics organization based in London, and we are scaling rapidly, particularly in our sales and marketing functions. We are building out a dedicated GTM Engineering function, and this HubSpot Architect role will be a critical part of that build. We offer a salary range of £90,000-£130,000, the opportunity to build a GTM engine from the ground up in a high-growth, technically progressive environment, and a hybrid working model.
