We are looking for someone with a proven background in customer-focused Data Science, specifically in the following areas: Customer Lifetime Value, Next Best Action, Recommendation, and Personalisation. Strong communication skills are essential, as well as a proven track record of working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work alongside our existing data and analytics team to spearhead a previously untouched project area. You will lead the Data Science team, managing one direct report to ensure that project delivery criteria are met. By utilizing our company's customer data, you will work on developing and implementing Machine Learning models to better understand our user base.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading company in the retail space, where our goal is to leverage Data Science and Machine Learning to enhance our understanding of our customer base. The position is hybrid, requiring only two days a month in Southampton.
