Responsibilities
- Define and lead the solution design and architecture for CRM, Customer Data Platform (CDP), and marketing technology systems
- Manage and ensure smooth data migration from legacy systems
- Collaborate with external implementation partners and internal stakeholders, including Sales, Service, Membership, Marketing, and IT teams
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Ensure alignment of CRM solutions with the broader Enterprise Architecture strategy and technology roadmap
- Support the rollout and adoption of new marketing automation tools and CDP
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to facilitate clear communication and project success

Description
We are seeking an experienced CRM Solution Architect to join us for a 6-month contract with a rate of £650 per day inside IR35. The role offers hybrid working, with 2 days in our London office. You will work closely with our implementation partners to ensure the successful rollout of Microsoft Dynamics, Bloomreach, and Hightouch.
