Requirements
Must:
- Strong commercial experience with Java and Spring
- Skilled in Angular or another modern frontend framework
- Familiarity with cloud environments, ideally Azure, plus tools such as Terraform
- Confident working full stack and across the SDLC
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively
- Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance
Responsibilities
- Deliver full stack software using Java and a modern frontend framework
- Contribute across design, development and cloud deployment
- Write high-quality, maintainable code and follow best practices
- Work closely with developers and data scientists on varied projects
- Help shape engineering standards and contribute to a positive team culture
Description
We are a growing consultancy that offers a great opportunity to build full stack software used across aviation, defence, and public sector environments. We focus on innovation, quality, and collaborative engineering, providing a supportive environment where you can rotate between challenging projects and contribute to real impact. We offer a salary of £50,000 to £65,000, hybrid working with 1.5 days per week onsite, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a matched pension plan, five training days, five charity days per year, the opportunity to work remotely abroad for one month per year, and an annual performance-based pay review and bonus.
