Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in CRM strategy, customer lifecycle thinking, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work with data teams and translate insight into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Confident stakeholder or client engagement, including presenting to senior audiences.
- Experience with CRM platforms, with exposure to Braze highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in Tableau or Adobe Analytics for insight generation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear storytelling.
- A strategic, commercially minded approach with an interest in customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Create data-led CRM strategies focused on customer lifecycle optimisation, revenue generation, and ROI.
- Assess client tech stacks to identify opportunities to improve processes, personalisation, and customer experience.
- Translate analytical insight into clear strategic recommendations that expand what clients can achieve.
- Build compelling, data-driven decks and deliver confident storytelling to senior stakeholders.
- Leverage platforms such as Tableau and Adobe Analytics to uncover performance opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with data teams to turn insight into action and ensure strategies are grounded in robust evidence.
- Mentor junior strategists and contribute to the strategic development of client accounts.
- Work across a broad client portfolio, many of whom utilise tools such as Braze.
