Requirements
Must:
- Strong commercial experience working with data in an analytical capacity.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with tools such as dbt, Python, R, or BI platforms (Lightdash, Looker, Tableau).
- Ability to translate business problems into analytical approaches and communicate insights clearly.
- Curiosity-driven approach with a focus on impact and continuous improvement.
- Collaborative mindset and confidence working with stakeholders across product and engineering.
Responsibilities
- Apply quantitative analysis and data storytelling to understand user behaviour and identify opportunities.
- Generate hypotheses, support experimentation, and drive continuous improvement.
- Define and maintain core metrics, working with technical teams to ensure accurate data collection.
- Build and maintain dashboards and data products to enable self-serve insight.
- Conduct deep dives to answer strategic questions and provide clear recommendations.
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and support consistent data standards across teams.
