Requirements
Must:
- Strong commercial experience as a Data Architect within complex, enterprise environments.
- Financial services or related domain exposure such as capital markets, insurance, or wealth.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Expertise in enterprise data modelling including conceptual, logical, and physical modelling.
- Experience designing cloud-based data platforms, data governance frameworks, and modern data architectures.
- The ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Consulting skills such as stakeholder engagement, solution ownership, and influencing business leaders.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex consulting engagements, guiding clients on data architecture design, governance, and best practice.
- Shape modern data architectures across cloud platforms, supporting large-scale transformation and migration programmes.
- Develop and embed data strategy, data modelling approaches, and enterprise data standards.
- Work directly with senior client stakeholders, influencing long-term data roadmaps.
- Contribute to thought leadership, capability development, and revenue-generating activity.
- Support and mentor project teams, ensuring high-quality delivery across engagements.
