Requirements
Must:
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across Backend, Web, Data Engineering, Data Science, QA, and DevOps
- Understanding of how ML models are delivered, deployed, and maintained in production
- Familiarity with the ML lifecycle, including feature stores, model deployment platforms, and pipeline orchestration
- Experience with cutting-edge GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the engineering roadmap
- Drive architectural decisions for distributed data processing, ML pipelines, and web architecture
- Ensure systems can scale to handle massive datasets and evolving ML workloads
- Champion best practices around testing, observability, incident response, and documentation
- Set standards for AI-assisted development practices at scale
