Requirements
Must:
- Strong commercial experience in digital analytics, tracking, or data insights.
- Confident using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and spreadsheet platforms.
- Comfortable translating complex data into clear, actionable insight.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to problem-solve and manage workloads effectively.
- A proactive interest in data-led marketing and emerging analytics technologies.
Responsibilities
- Translating business and marketing objectives into clear data strategies.
- Building measurement frameworks, tracking solutions, and robust data audits.
- Creating dashboards and reports using tools such as Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and Supermetrics.
- Advising on tagging, audiences, UTMs, and best-practice implementation.
- Driving innovation by identifying new processes and tools to enhance performance.
- Supporting knowledge-sharing across the business and delivering both internal and external training.
- Working closely with teams and clients to ensure insight is integrated into wider marketing activity.
