Requirements
Must:
- Strong commercial experience using SQL for querying, joins and aggregations, with the ability to write clean, efficient code.
- Proven experience building dashboards in Power BI or similar data visualisation tools.
- Comfortable working in smaller, agile environments and contributing across different areas of reporting.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to gather detailed requirements and explain work clearly.
- Highly organised, structured and able to bring order to ambiguity.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn, with interest in developing into more insights-led work over time.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-quality Power BI dashboards and reports to support KPIs and BAU needs across sales, finance, customer success, operations and marketing.
- Write strong SQL for data extraction, transformation and reporting.
- Support the roll out of Power BI internally and act as a champion for best practice and usage.
- Partner closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, gather detail and produce structured, accurate outputs.
- Analyse trends and performance data to identify opportunities and support decision making.
- Bring structure, organisation and clarity to fast-moving workloads within a small, collaborative team.
