Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience leading large-scale business or digital transformation programmes
- Experience working across multiple corporate functions (e.g. Finance, HR, Legal, Operations)
- Strong stakeholder management at Director/VP level
- Ability to map and redesign complex workflows and operating models
- Experience driving adoption of new technologies or automation tools
- Understanding of AI/LLM capabilities and how they can be applied to business processes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments
- Desirable: Experience working on AI or automation-led transformation programmes
- Desirable: Background in consulting or transformation roles within large organisations
- Desirable: Experience defining North Star operating models and long-term transformation strategies
Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise workflow transformation workstream
- Partner with VP and Director-level stakeholders across multiple functions
- Map current-state workflows and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation
- Design target-state processes and define longer-term transformation roadmaps
- Reimagine roles, tasks, and operating models with AI embedded
- Drive delivery from concept through to implementation and measurable impact
- Produce clear documentation, process maps, and transformation plans

This is a high-impact role focused on reimagining and optimising workflows across areas such as Marketing, Finance, Legal, People, and Operations. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to translate AI capability into real, measurable business outcomes.
