Requirements
Must:
- Strong commercial experience as an AI-focused engineer or software engineer with deep AI exposure.
- Excellent Python skills and a track record of writing production-quality code.
- Experience building and deploying ML or LLM-driven systems into live environments.
- Solid software engineering fundamentals across backend and, ideally, some frontend experience.
- Familiarity with modern web and data technologies such as React, TypeScript, APIs, relational databases and cloud infrastructure.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person environment and collaborating closely with a highly technical team.
- Strong academic background in a relevant subject and/or evidence of high-calibre research or open-source work is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and deploy production AI models that directly power core product features.
- Work across the stack to take ideas from research and prototyping into robust, user-facing systems.
- Implement, test and optimise model evaluation pipelines to improve quality and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product and research to design new AI features end to end.
- Contribute to architecture and infrastructure decisions in a modern cloud environment.
