Requirements
Must:

- Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges and optimize delivery processes.
- Understanding of DevSecOps principles and ability to integrate security into CI/CD workflows.
- Commitment to staying current with emerging DevOps tools, cloud technologies, and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the DevOps strategy and roadmap to enable efficient, secure, and automated delivery of applications and infrastructure.
- Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight to ensure high-quality delivery of cloud solutions.
- Design, implement, and optimize continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to accelerate software delivery and improve quality.
- Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and repeatability across environments.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of DevOps tools and automation frameworks to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Implement comprehensive observability practices, including monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting, to maintain visibility, performance, and reliability across all environments.
- Embed security and compliance controls into DevOps processes, ensuring adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and automation to enhance delivery speed and operational efficiency.
