Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone currently in an IT support role with experience in supporting users across Microsoft 365. You should have managed or introduced a service desk and have a background in working with multiple stakeholders. Experience with integrated systems (such as MRP/ERP) would be advantageous. Responsibilities
In this role, you will report to the IT Manager and be responsible for supporting the development and improvement of our IT systems and processes. Your key duties will include:
- Managing the Service Desk and resolving user queries in a timely manner
- Handling 1st and 2nd Tier Support
- Working on continuous improvement projects to enhance systems and processes
- Troubleshooting software and hardware issues both in person and remotely
- Collaborating with vendors to provide quotes on key business hardware and system components
- Liaising with multiple stakeholders
